RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We have a limited number of each amazing style and because of this, we cannot guarantee an exchange.
We want your shopping experience to be amazing to keep you coming back to Cracked Ginger! We hope you love each item you ordered, but if not, we are here to make your return process as easy as possible. Please see our simple return policy below. Please look over your order as soon as you receive it. If you think that you've received a defective item, were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receipt of your order so we can get it taken care of for you!
Here's a quick rundown of our return policy:
Items can be returned for store credit only. We cannot issue refunds (unless the item is defective).
Items are eligible for return only if it is:
un-worn, un-washed, un-altered and has the original tags still attached.
free of make-up, deodorant, perfume, or other stains.
received within 14 days of the ship date.
ALL JEWELRY SALES ARE FINAL and are not eligible for return.
Any item purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received.
TO RETURN AN ITEM:
All we need you to do is ship out the package with your original receipt and the item you are returning. We’ll take it from there! Don’t forget that your original shipping cost is non-refundable.

We suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS or FedEx along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or mishandled in the return process. You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item.
CHANGING OR CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
Sometimes something happens and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately.
ADDING ITEMS TO AN ORDER YOU JUST PLACED
Unfortunately, we cannot add items to an existing order. Place a new order for that can’t miss item and, if it is within 24 hours of your previous order, we will do our best to ship it out with your first order or waive the shipping fee on this additional order. Just email us at email@example.com
We urge you to please take extra caution when opening your packages as we can't be held responsible for any damages that may occur once the product(s) leaves our store. We do reserve the right to refuse any returns that we feel are not compliant with our policies. All merchandise is inspected before it is shipped.
